What should I bring or wear to my first lesson?
Wear a pair of comfortable sport shorts and t-shirt. A bottle of water or some coconut water will be excellent for hydration during your session.
How often should I be training?
I would suggest 4 times a week or more if you’re looking for noticeable results fast and want to create permanent lifestyle habit change. You can then drop it down to 2-3 times per week for maintenance.
How flexible can my training session be?
There is room for flexibility although clients should try to be as consistent as possible with their training. Training schedules should be booked at least one week in advance.
I am really out of shape, is personal training for me?

What is a fitness training plan?
It’s a plan of sequences, movements and exercises appropriate for the individual, and helps the person get fit no matter what size, shape, history, injuries and current health that they have.
Which courses have you been on to improve your ability and mindfulness?
I’ve done courses in hypnosis, NLP, bio-mechanics, martial arts, Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, biosignature, the testing of how we store body fat (hormonal testing through body fat), life coaching and boxing. I have also been doing a lot of meditation and martial arts which has helped me to improve my mindfulness.
Does your gym in Westminster provide female and male personal trainers?
